Delhi Metro (Hindi: दिल्ली मेट्रो) (Punjabi: ਦਿੱਲੀ ਮੇਟ੍ਰੋ) (Urdu: دلی میٹرو) is a rapid transit system serving Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and Ghaziabad in the National Capital Region of India. Delhi Metro is the world's 13th largest metro system in terms of length. Delhi Metro is India's first modern public transportation system,which has revolutionized travel by providing a fast, reliable, safe, and comfortable means of transport.

Hauz Khas is one of the most affluent and posh neighbourhoods in South Delhi, its heart being the historic Hauz Khas Complex. It is centrally located and has areas which are peaceful and offer a lot of greenery.
Hauz Khas is surrounded by Green Park, SDA (Sri Aurobindo Marg) to the west, Gulmohar Park(Balbir Saxena Marg) towards the north, Sarvapriya Vihar (Outer Ring Road) towards the south and Asiad village (August Kranti Marg, Siri Fort) to the east.
