Wait for orders
here...
If you dont have
branches, youll receive
all orders here.
The phone operators,
directly go to the
call center, and wait
for calls...
- CALL CENTERS MODULE -
The phone operators
wait for calls here:
They load the incoming number...
and the clients data appears...
Then, they load the order....
that is directly send
to the branch...
