War of the Monsters

(1966) Though shot into space at the end of its debut movie, giant flying turtle-monster Gamera has returned to Earth, and apparently not a moment too soon, as a chimerical monstrosity called Barugon has hatched forth from a mysterious egg and is on a rampage of destruction. It's what he does. Fortunately, Gamera is out to stop him. Such a nice monster! Kid-friendly too.
