Jetstar Pilot Distracted by Texts, Forgets to Lower Landing Gear

During flight a Jetstar Airlines pilot was messing with his phone. He did not respond to the co-pilot's requests to run through the landing checklist. Just a few hundred feet above ground, the pilots realized they forgot to lower the landing gear.
