Senate Passes Bill Requiring ‘Big Brother’ Boxes in all Cars from 2015

Senate Bill 1813 just passed the Senate, as it’s expected to in the House. The bill will require all cars, starting in 2015, to have an event data recorder on board. Some are calling the recorder ‘Big Brother’s’ black box.
