Nick Libert, by far is the best agent I have ever worked with. His dedication to finding the perfect home, his honestly, and flexibility is next to none. My wife and I were on a tight time frame, with her being 6 month pregnant with twins, and we were living in our 1,000 sq foot condo. Nick found us places, and got us in as soon as we could see them.
Nick got us into our duplex, the day it came on the market, and was able to get the offer, accepted within 48 hours, and this was a Thursday night.
Needless to say, Nick was a true shark, and negotiated a deal which I still can’t believe, on a complete gut rehab in Edgewater, well below market value. Not only did we get a truly amazing deal, we were able to close in under 40 days, saving time, money and hassle. We currently have at least 15 % equity in our property, amazing, considering this market.
Other agents we have dealt with were yes men, and just looking for a commission, Nick and his assistant George, truly looked out for our best interest. I love my place, and so do my wife and twins, going from 1,000 sq feet to almost 2,900 sq feet. I have referred Nick to friends and family, and look to working with him again when we look to sell one of our properties.
