We spotted Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino leaving court in New Jersey. Remember a while back when Mike was arrested for punching his brother Frank outside his tanning salon? Well we spotted him leaving court with a smile on his face. That's because according to TMZ, he just accepted a plea deal for 12 weeks of anger management. And if he does so, the assault charge could be reduced to a petty crime.
