(1946) John Carradine is back in the laboratory once again, attempting to resuscitate the dead--with decidedly mixed results! He revives his Great Dane only to have a semi-transparent, blood-drinking pooch who walks through walls. Facial rigidity (a la the title) is just one more side effect. And he STILL tries his technique on a drowned sailor and even on his own wife. (Perhaps love means never having to say you're sorry about the results of such experiments!) There's all this plus a sinister housekeeper with a penchant for voodoo. (And despite being a Monogram cheapie, one supposed there's a kitchen sink in there too.)
