People are attracted to Peru for lots of reasons. The cultural, scenic and culinary richness make Peru an irresistible attraction. There is also the spiritual connection that Andean people have to the land and their food.

One traditional dish that embodies all of these elements is Pachamanca: "Pacha" meaning earth, and Manca, meaning "pot"
