Now who could have thought of that! A superstar like Shah Rukh Khan tops to be a biggest defaulter on the Black list? Like Whaaattt? Oh! Don't trigger your guns onto any of the black lists published in Bollywood han...Rather, this one accuses SRK for not paying his water dues on time! Yes! Shah Rukh seems to be so busy with his film assignments and other whereabouts that he has completely forgotten to pay his water bill and that's exactly what has now got him onto this defaulter list, that was been published on the 26th of June! But he is not the only one....While SRK holds to be one of the biggest defaulters, some of the other leading personalities like Uddhav Thackeray, his late father Bal Thackeray, and well-known architect Hafeez Contractor too are few of others on this black list!
