A soft-spoken politician and even called a reluctant one, Uddhav Thackeray is Maharashtra’s 18th Chief Minister. Thackeray’s swearing-in ceremony took place at the iconic Shivaji Park on November 28. After many political twists and turns, Uddhav became the consensus chief ministerial candidate for the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress combine which have called their alliance the ‘Maha Vikas Aghadi’.
