Will This Startup Be The 'Google For Social' In The Future?

Luis Sanchez, cofounder and chief executive officer of ttwick, discusses his New York-based startup and how the company's three different platforms are aiming to supersede the old models of keyword and link-based search technology from engines such as Google Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOG), Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO) and Bing. Ttwick aims to be a real-time search and knowledge discovery engine for social and self-published content (ttwick social search), local daily deals (ttwick daily deals), and news summaries.  Ttwick social search is currently in its beta phase and the company also has another search platform in alpha stage called Blacksheep, which can be deployed in the corporate intranet to make sense of unstructured data that take the form of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, word documents, PDFs and more.  Ttwick deals is available for download from the Google Play Store and will be available for iOS users as an application later in the summer.
