ENCORE! - Bibi Tanga on his melting pot of musical styles and message of peace

Our guest on today’s music show is the child of a diplomat and his globetrotting youth left him with a universal perspective. Bibi Tanga joins us in the studio to talk about his first solo album "Now", why he’s dedicated it to his war-torn home country of Central African Republic and why he likes to fuse African, European and American sounds into his music.
Our music critic Mark Thompson is also in the house to take us through the week’s music news, including the biggest global music party. From Bangui to Brisbane and Portland to Paris, people took to the streets with their instruments for world music day. Mark bring us the highlights.
Plus, a royal return: as Queen go back on the road and reveal a live album release, we ask how Adam Lambert is doing filling music legend and former frontman Freddie Mercury’s shoes.
