Dick Johnson & Tommygun vs. The Cannibal Cop Captain Phil Philips (Danny Hicks) assigns straight arrow Dick Johnson (San Qualiana) and wild card Jeff “Tommygun” Thompson (John Renna) to solve a series of gruesome murders which may lead to the department’s front doorstep. Debbie Rochon plays Yvonne, an insider who may hold the secret to the mystery, and Timothy Patrick Quill plays Shabby Sammy, a shady character who leads the detectives through Buffalo’s criminal underworld.
