This is the first half of "New Orleans After Dark," a 1958 film based on the N.O.P.D. television series starring Stacy Harris of "Dragnet" fame and Capt. Louis Sirgo of the New Orleans Police Department. Filmed on location in New Orleans. The quality is poor; I believe it was copied onto VHS from 8mm.
