Rousseff says Brazil won’t tolerate acts of 'vandalism'

Hours before the World Cup kicks off in Brazil, President Dilma Rousseff has warned that she won’t allow the “vandalism” of some prevent the majority from enjoying the tournament. Rousseff made her remakrs at the opening of one of Salvador de Bahia’s subway lines, one of the 12 World Cup host cities.
