California Chrome's owner Steve Coburn has apologized for a rant he made directly following Saturday's Belmont Stakes. He alleged the winner was cheating since he didn't participate in the other two races. Coburn was going for the triple crown with his horse California Chrome on Saturday, but lost the final race.
