A Russian Soyuz-FG rocket with a manned Soyuz TMA-13M spacecraft atop successfully launched from Baikonur tonight, May 28th 2014 at 20:57 UTC. The spacecraft carries Russian cosmonaut Maksim Surayev and first time fliers American NASA astronaut Gregory R. Wiseman and European Space Agency astronaut Alexander Gerst to the International Space Station.
