How can you post to facebook groups, without wasting your time and hours of copy-pasting?

I've been looking for a way to automate my facebook marketing, specifically how to post to groups automatically.
There are a lot of programs out there, but they all had some critical flaw.
Some didn't post URL's
Some didn't post images.
None let me control closely how slowly to post.
And that last point is critical! Post too fast, and Facebook gets all grouchy and will ban your account or delete it!
Then I found Facebook Groups Poster!
In this short video, I show you it IN ACTION as it starts to post. If I wasn't recording, the whole process takes like 1 minute and then I'm off to do other work or enjoy my day!
