Olmert gets six years

Ehud Olmert arrives at court to learn his fate after his conviction for taking bribes in a big property deal while he was mayor of Jerusalem.
The court agreed with the prosecution that a spell in jail was called for.
Olmert's been sentenced to six years but the term won't start until September 1st.
That effectively gives his lawyers time to lodge what they say will be an appeal to the Supreme Court.
Olmert became Israel's first former head of government to get a criminal conviction in March.
He was found guilty of accepting bribes from developers of the Holyland apartment complex widely regarded as Jerusalem's worst eyesore.
Six more of the total 13 defendants in the case were also jailed on Tuesday for terms ranging from two to seven years.
They too have been told to report to prison to begin their sentences on September 1st.
