Photo of Officer Rescuing Chihuahua from Highway Goes Viral

California Highway Patrol tweeted a picture of an officer rescuing a chihuahua from an interstate median and now calls are pouring into the local animal shelter from families who want to adopt the dog. Mara Montalbano (@maramontalbano) has the story.
