Peshawar blast leaves at least four dead

Death marks the walls and the grounds in northwest Pakistan.

Officials say a suicide bomber killed at least four at a camp for internally displaced persons in Peshawar.

Registration at the camp was underway when officials say the bomber approached and shot gunfire at security.

He then blew himself up.

The 11 wounded were taken to a nearby hospital.

No one is claiming responsibility for the attack.

The city - located on the edge of Pakistan's tribal areas bordering Afghanistan - has seen frequent attacks by militants in the past few years.
