At Alliance Rehab & Physical Therapy we provide 24/7 access to online appointments, with most of the requests scheduled in less than 48 hours. Our Fairfax office is conveniently located in off Route 50/Gallows Road and I-495 near INOVA Fairfax Hospital. It is a very spacious office in a large medical building and fully equipped with the latest equipment and very knowledgeable staff. Parking is free.
