The former stationmaster was nailed for indecent assault

Kenichiro Touge, the former 64-year-old manager of Wakayama Station was arrested this past Wednesday on suspicion of harassing his female subordinate.
After he retired as a stationmaster, he was shifted to the Wakayama branch of J-Communications, working as a manager.
Since 2008, he had allegedly been fondling her waist by repeatedly saying you would get the sack for ratting me out. The suspect was charged with fondling her breast and lower body for 10 minutes in the office one morning this late September.
The victim finally filed a complaint against him this November. However during the police interrogation he denied all charges and argued that they did it by mutual consent. He was dismissed from his post this past November.
