Puppet Nation ZA | Episode 24 | Easter, Oscar Addictions and Election Predictions

A man is chosen by his world's creator (well, Tata, the next best thing) to undertake a momentous mission to rescue the innocent before an apocalyptic flood cleanses the wicked from the world. With only 246 million Rand’s worth of tax payer’s money, can the humble Jacob Zuma house and protect all of his livestock and family to protect them from flood, pools of fire, and fire pools?

In this week’s Easter Episode, Archbishop Desmond Tutu subtly tries to offer some allegorical seasonal advice to Gwede Mantashe, who literally doesn’t get the concept of rebirth and sacrifice at all. Later, his calm wisdom similarly affects Debora who has a mini-meltdown.

Justice pontificates the degrees of the nation-wide addiction to the 24-hour Oscar Pistorius Trial coverage and how to justify it, and air ads for the looming South African 2014 elections. Between the ANC who’ll eventually get around to maybe fulfilling some of their promises, The EFF trying to crowdfund Julius Malema’s SARS Bill, COPE trying to use Mbeki for a cover, or the DA simply being “not the ANC” - are the voters just wishful hopers?
