TOEFL & IELTS Vocabulary - Interview
Hello everyone! In this lesson, we will cover some vocabulary surrounding interviews. There are lots of possible interviews with even more choice of words, so we'll keep it general as much as possible and try to address many situations:
"Goals": What you are looking to accomplish. You should have both short-term and long-term goals.
"Experience": Accumulation of knowledge and skills through activity. Interviewer wants to know _what_ you have done
"Skills": Proficiency acquired through training & experience. For a job, skills is what gets a person hired. Closely related to experience.
"Leader": A person who guides/inspires others. A strong trait to have for almost any interview.
"Strength/ Weakness": Synonyms for qualities/flaws. They don't mean physical strength.
