Loose dentures is the big problem of edentulous patients.
They cannot do normal function with their dentures because of loosening, soreness and painful in some area. The efficiency of mastication are also low.
This slide movie is shown a case of 71years old lady. She got teeth lost so many years that we can see thin and flat ridge in lower jaw. We used 4mini dental implants for supporting lower over denture, because of affordable price and non-complicated surgical procedure which she can accept them. We did axillary procedure with bone trimming by PIEZOTOME (ultra-sonic surgical device) before mini dental implants placement.
