Closing To "Thomas Gets Tricked" 1990 VHS (Version #2)

Here's the closing to the original 1990 VHS USA release of "Thomas Gets Tricked & Other Stories". Does this copy end with the special Sir Topham Hatt message at the end or doesn't it? You'll have to watch and find out.

Note: This is from my AVON variation of Thomas Gets Tricked, although it has the same tape master as the actual Strand VCI variation.
