The International Monetary Fund has agreed to a multibillion dollar loan for Ukraine's struggling economy.

And the US Congress also passed a bill which guarantees a $1 billion dollar loan for the government in Kiev.

The outside money is critical to keep the nearly-bankrupt government afloat.

Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports from Simferopol.
