Tim Horton playing for the Toronto Maple Leaf's gets slashed and high-sticked by Bernie (Boom Boom) Geoffrion. You can hear the crowd react at Maple Leaf Gardens to the no- call on the play. Mr. Horton was killed in a tragic car accident driving back to Buffalo from Toronto after Buffalo played a regular season game here in (Toronto) Feb. 21,1974. Tim was driving a white De Tomaso Pantera. In Tim's last game he was 3rd star despite not playing in the 3rd period after suffering a jaw and ankle injury.
