#ဦးတင္ဦး ေၿပာၿပီ ၂၂-၃-၂၀၁၄ မနက္ ၁၀ နာရီက #Bayda Institute ရဲ႕ နိုင္ငံေရးတည္ေဆာက္မႈသင္တန္း အမွတ္စဥ္ ၄ သင္တန္းဆင္းပြဲ နဲ႕ သင္တန္းဆင္းလက္မွတ္မ်ားေပးအပ္ပြဲ ကို ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕၊သဃၤန္းကၽြန္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွာရွိတဲ့Bayda Institute မွာၿပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ NLD နာယကၾကီး ဦးတင္ဦးမွ အဖြင့္အမွာစကားေၿပာၾကားခဲ့ရာမွာ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ရက္ပိုင္းက ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္သတင္းစာတစ္ေစာင္မွာပါရွိခဲ့တဲ့ ရခိုင္ၿပည္နယ္က ေမာင္ေတာ နဲ႕ စစ္ေတြ ၿမိဳ႕ေတြကို Referendumၿပဳလုပ္ၿပီး စစ္တေကာင္းနဲ႕ပူးေပါင္းသင့္တယ္ လို႕ ေဖၚၿပခ်က္ကို တုန္႕ၿပန္ေဝဖန္မႈေတြနဲ႕ ရွင္းၿပခဲ့ပါတယ္ဦးေနဝင္းလက္ထက္ကစစ္ဦးခ်ဳပ္အၿဖစ္တာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္ၾကီးေဟာင္း သူရတင္ဦး အေနနဲ႕မူဂ်ာဟစ္ က်ဴးေက်ာ္သူေတြရဲ႕ရန္ကိုဘယ္လိုကာကြယ္ခဲ့တယ္ ဆိုတာရယ္ အဲဒီ မူဂ်ာဟစ္ ဆိုတာကြယ္ေပ်ာက္ခဲ့ၿပီးမွ ယခု ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာဆိုတဲ့ ၿပည္ပေသြးထိုးလႈံ႕ေဆာ္မႈေတြနဲ႕ထပ္မံက်ဴးေက်ာ္ေနတာေတြကို တိုင္းရင္းသားေတြသတိရွိၾကဖို႕ေၿပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ လို႕ၿဖစ္ေပၚလာပုံကိုရွင္းၿပရာမွာ ရခိုင္ ရိုးရာအရ ေရွးကထဲကအတူေနထိုင္ခဲ့ၾကသူေတြကို ရေဟာင္းသား(ရြာေဟာင္းသား)၊ရြာေဟာင္းတြင္အတူေနသူမ်ား၊ု ရခိုင္သံၿဖင့္ ရေဟာင္းဂ်ားလို႕ေခၚလာတာကို က်ဴးေက်ာ္သူေတြက ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ ဟုေခၚေဝၚလာၾကၿခင္းသာၿဖစ္ၿပီး ရိုဟင္ဂ်ာ ဟူေသာတိုင္းရင္းသားၿမန္မာနိုင္ငံတြင္လုံးဝမရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္းၿပတ္သားစြာေၿပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ Video credit to: Ko Win Maw (Shwethanzin)
