Venezuela's National Assembly has formed a commission to investigate the deaths, but opposition parties are refusing to take part. They argue that the commision aims to whitewash what they allege are human rights violations- not only by pro government groups but also the security forces- that they have presented to the nation´s Chief Prosecutor.
