HAMBURGLERS?: Men Sue NYPD for Arresting Them When They Reportedly Failed to Hand Over White Castle Burgers

Two men are suing the NYPD for arresting them after they refused to hand over their White Castle hamburgers. It happened right after Hurricane Sandy and police claim they were looting, but they were charged with disorderly conduct.
