Serbia's ruling party has declared victory in Sunday's parliamentary election. Preliminary results show the centre-right Serbian Progressive Party won about 160 out of 250 seats. The party has vowed to overhaul the nation's struggling economy and push for EU membership. Al Jazeera's Aljosa Milenkovic reports from Belgrade.
