So finally found what we were looking for........Unfortunately ITO conductive glass plates are not available in Pakistan or at least not easily available and making homemade glass plates requires industrial oven that can heat up to 600C and some banned (Methanol,ethanol, stannic chloride) and hazardous chemicals....
