Can't expect progress when the base code is unstable no matter how many things you add to the game (patch releases). Which is why I have called this two part video "A House Built on Clay". Not one patch really has addressed the core bugs which have been around since day of the release on Steam. For instance (very small list), Zombies still walk through houses, fences, you die when climbing ladders, your legs break when you look at or pick up items, zombies appear, and disappear on a regular basis, zombie striking distances are at a massive 20 feet, Zombies still attack while invisble, Phantom Zombie sounds (this is not a crippling bug, annoying yes, but isn't or should not be high on the list), Frame Rate issues are still have not been addressed even though they are addding in new graphic enhancements... The list is long as far as bugs are concerned, and with each new patch, it seems to be getting worse.
The development team seems to be interested in addig in items that should not even be added yet such as spray cans so you can spray paint your weapons which by the way didn't work, and created it's own set of bugs (just a small example). As you can see from the small list that things will only get worse if they do not make the core engine more stable.
