A mall in Indiana recently put up a sign telling shoppers how to wear their hoodies. The Mounds Mall in Anderson, Indiana has a policy asking that shoppers please lower their hoodies “for the safety & well-being of everyone. The policy and warnings on the door are rubbing people the wrong way.
