A man from South Carolina was arrested after he attempted to pay for his Valentine's Day meal at Applebee's with a trillion dollar bill. The bill is obviously fake considering no person on earth owns a trillion dollars. Patrick Jones (@Patrick_E_Jones) has the rest.
