BBC Reports WTC 7 Collapse Early!

This is the interview from BBC world of Jane Standley talking with Philip Hayton, reporting the collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building(WTC 7), before it has collapsed. Notice how they are reporting that it has already collapsed, when it is clearly still standing in the background right behind the reporter. At 2:20 in the video, the bottom of the screen reads: "The 47 storey Salomon Brothers Building close to the World Trade Centre has also collapsed." How did they know that that WTC would collapse 20 minutes before it actually did? This is compelling evidence that the day's events and accompanying press releases were scripted well in advance of 9/11.
