In this video I'll be rooting my Nexus 7 and installing TWRP and ParanoidAndroid using the Nexus Root Toolkit available at wugfresh.com/nrt. Note that you need to unlock your tablet before you can root it, and unlocking will wipe your data. Also note that at the end I said you need to go to the TWRP home screen and select "Wipe" before you reboot.
