Belgium votes on extending assisted suicide to children

Belgium's parliament is set to vote on whether to allow assisted suicide for terminally-ill children. Currently the Belgian euthanasia law limits euthanasia to people who are at least 18 years old. There's no doubt the Lower House of Parliament will pass the legislation. Polls reveal nearly 80 percent of the population support it. Al Jazeera's David Chater reports from Brussels.
