Foods selected for the menu are the foods, which are already part of Dr. Shagufta's food plans and being prescribed to her patients for the last 15 years. Major ingredients used for various recipes are wheat, desi chicken, raw butter, desi eggs, chaney, nuts, shakar, whole wheat pasta or bread, rock salt, cheese, natural mayonnaise, nuts, seeds and herbs.
