Big Maintenance Day

Here's the scoop for today, There was a broken rail out at Gastonia causing all rail traffic on track 1 at a standstill, the problem is still occuring, but they allowed some traffic down the mainline, like right here, Sperry Rail Service(SRS) inspects the track between the broken rail and South Belmont, as you can see the truck firsts alerts the drivers with a horn you don't get to see that often, and then pulls off the tracks to let a 204 Intermodal and a 212 Intermodal pass through. And 2 trains later, NS brings a big tractor trailer with a replacement rail as cross the tracks and heads toward South Fork. Big day in the maintenance department.
