BARKING DEATH: Police Officer Caught on Tape Shooting Dog on Owner's Front Lawn

A police officer in Filer, Idaho was caught on tape shooting a dog on the owner's front lawn for barking too much. The video shows the officer kicking at the dog and when the pup approaches, he shoots. The dog's owner says he is plans on suing.
