Camilla Belle Inspired Makeup Tutorial for Hooded Eyes!

Hello Lovelies! This soft and blown out smokey eye is inspired by a photo of Camilla Belle, who I think is one of the most beautiful women. It really bothers me that some women believe that hooded eyes are a flaw, in fact I wrote a blog post about it a few months ago showing you some of Hollywood's most beautiful women, and every one of them has hooded eyes! True, there are certain looks that are more "challenging" on a hooded eye, like winged out eyeliner, but conversely there are looks that suit a hooded eye better, this being one of them!
