A Day In History: Siege of Tenochtitlan

In this history lesson from That Was History you will be introduced to the Siege of Tenochtitlan that occurred on August 13th of 1521. On this day Spanish explorer, Hernan Cortes, would invade the Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan and take over the city. This would be the beginning of the end of the Aztec Empire.
