Executive MBA in Change Management and Leadership The programme is a two-year specialised MBA programme aimed at highly experienced managers wishing to deepen their qualifications within the field of change management and leadership in a global setting.
Implement change in companies and organisations The programme enables participants to recognise, define and follow change processes from a strategic to an operational level, and to manage, motivate and implement change in companies and organisations.
Easy access Lessons are primarily held as residential courses in the Triangle Region (Middelfart/Vejle) coupled with one-day lessons at either Aarhus University or University of Southern Denmark.
