Well this is TaikoJiro, the beta for the second version of the fan made emulation of the arcade version of Taiko no Tatsujin (Drum Master/Master of Drum)
Originally the joke was that I'd perfect the level then mess up the last note, but that wasn't happening in a million years, Sakuranbo! is a harsh mistress :(
