http://www.beadaholique.com/yt - In this video, see how to surround a bottle in wire netting starting at the neck and going all the way to and under the base. The end result looks like the bottle is inside a perfectly fitted wire bag. Because of how this technique is crafted, you will also end up with two wire loops up near the top of the bottle from which you can hang a chain.
