Starting Jan. 26, everything from stamps to postcards, from bulk mail to package service rates, will have a price increase. Stamps will cost 3 cents more, increasing their price to 49 cents. Bulk mail, periodicals and package service rates will each increase by six percent. Postcards will increase by 1 cent.
